A Chicago-based real estate developer, Robert Palley co-founded Granite Realty Partners LLC in 1998. For more than 25 years, he has served as a partner with the real estate development and investment firm, helping identify and acquire more than $750 million in purchases and assisting in capital structuring. Before that, Robert Palley developed more than a million square feet of class A retail properties as vice president of Jupiter Realty Corporation.

Mr. Palley holds a bachelor of arts in biology and a master of business administration in finance from Northwestern University. Early in his career, he served as vice president and principal with the Levy Organization, where he acquired, financed, and developed more than $200 million in commercial real estate, including office buildings and industrial buildings.

In recognition of his professional accomplishments, Robert Palley received the Service Corps of America SBA Consulting Award. Active in his Chicago community, he maintains membership in the Oak Park Country Club and attends Oak Park Temple.
